Today I’d like to share with you how to become healthy without tricks,
gimmicks, and schemes.

You may or may not believe this, but what I’m about to share with you is
probably the most important bit of “advice” you’ll ever receive from me. It’s
not anything new, nor is it anything complex. To the contrary, it’s as old as
time and incredibly simple.
But, don’t let its simplicity fool you. It’s timeless for a reason.
It works.
One of the biggest roadblocks to success in terms of your health (or
anything else for that matter) is a LACK OF MOMENTUM.
Most people try something for a brief period of time (to their credit, they do
so with gusto and enthusiasm), and when they don’t see staggering results immediately, they discard it and move on to something else.
In doing so, they NEVER establish any “momentum”.
If you want to succeed in anything, you’ve gotta reach the point where you
get some momentum – and then you keep going from there.
Give up too soon and you’ll always be pushing without results. So, here’s
the profound statement that I want to make to you today. If you want to
achieve the results you’re striving for, do this…
DEVOTE SOME TIME TO FINDING AND REPEATING WHAT
WORKS
Seriously, that’s it.
The problem with people who never get results is their approach is all
screwed up, and it’s especially screwed up in terms of health care.
There are people out there who say, “Don’t go to a chiropractor because
they’ll make you go forever.” Instead they should be thinking,
FIND AND REPEAT WHAT WORKS
There are people who do go to a chiropractor, get a lot of relief and health
improvements, and then stop only to find the stresses and strains in their life
and the aging process makes their aches and pains return. Instead they
should,
FIND AND REPEAT WHAT WORKS
There are people who go to the dentist 2 or 3 times a year to keep their
teeth clean and healthy, because they,
FIND AND REPEAT WHAT WORKS
The point: you gotta have momentum. And the easiest way to gain
momentum is to devote time from your weekly schedule to finding and
repeating what works.
If you aren’t getting the results you want with your health, it’s because you
haven’t gained any momentum.
And if chiropractic works great for you, then keep using it. Keep your
momentum. You can use this same strategy in EVERY AREA of your
life.
A lack of momentum is why people try diets and fail, people try to quit
smoking and can’t, people try to eliminate stress and tension in their lives
and they never do.
The combination of finding what works and then repeating it is so simple,
yet so profound. Start using this strategy and see what happens.
