What Is Wellness?

Wellness can be a top priority by being pro-active.

Having a great attitude will go a long way in motivating the right actions each day

Today I want to talk about wellness.  The word wellness is used quite
often these days in health care.  You see it everywhere.

But what is it? —- here is the summary

** Their health is a top priority in their life
** They take care of their body on a regular basis
** They are pro-active instead of waiting until there’s problems
** They take care of themselves even when they feel great
** They have a great attitude about themselves and life
** They regularly use products and services that move them in the
direction of better health

Some people think wellness is taking drugs so that you don’t have
symptoms.  They think that if you “feel well” then you must have
“wellness.”

That’s not wellness.

Other people think that “wellness” is preventing illness and disease.

That’s not wellness either.

So what is it?

Wellness is when you progressively express higher levels of health,
both physically and mentally.

Wellness is a mindset that determines your lifestyle choices and
approach to health.

Wellness is an attitude.

Wellness is a choice.

People who live the wellness lifestyle have the following
characteristics:

** Their health is a top priority in their life

** They are pro-active instead of waiting until there’s problems
** They take care of themselves even when they feel great
** They have a great attitude about themselves and life
** They regularly use products and services that move them in the
direction of better health

Do you have the wellness mindset?  The wellness attitude?

Are you moving in the direction of wellness?

Make the decision to live a wellness lifestyle.

You’ll love how you feel!

Take action – get healthier
