Secret research from 1921 is finally being revealed.
Dr. Windsor found there was abnormal misalignment of the
spine, belonging to the same nerve segments as the diseased organs almost 100% of the time.
Poor posture (straight neck and other abnormal curvatures) and misalignment of the neck and upper back (upper spine) reflects anincreased rate of aging.
In 1921, a medical doctor by the name of Henry Windsor wanted to know
if there was any connection between minor abnormal curvatures of the
spine and diseased organs.
He wanted to know if abnormal misalignment of the spine caused
disease to the organs.
The Shocking Secret Dr. Windsor Discovered…
Dr. Windsor used 50 cadavers from the University of Pennsylvania for
his study.
He discovered through his examination and studies that in 50 cadavers
with disease in 139 organs, there was abnormal misalignment of the
spine, belonging to the same nerve segments as the diseased organs
almost 100% of the time.
Dr. Windsor discovered there was a direct link between spinal
misalignments and diseased organs…
In his research conclusions, Dr. Windsor stated the following:
“It was rare to find an organ with disease which was not supplied by
the same nerves as the vertebrae with misalignment.”
The misalignments of the spine preceded the organ disease.
Spinal misalignment appears to precede old age and causes it. The
spine becomes unhealthy first and disease and old age follows.
But has the research from 1921 stood the test of time?
You may be wondering if there is any current research to validate the
work done over 80 years ago by Dr. Windsor. That’s a fair question…
one that I had myself, and after a little digging the answer is YES.
In a study published in September 2005, a group of medical doctors
and PhD’s were trying to determine if poor posture of the neck and
upper back caused an increase in the poor health and mortality (death)
rate in older populations.
The medical doctors studied 1,353 people to see if there was a
correlation between an unhealthy spine and poor health and a higher
mortality (death) rate.
Can You Guess What These M.D.’s Found???
The doctors found that with increasing misalignment and poor posture,
there was a trend towards greater mortality (death.)
They also concluded that:
Poor posture in the neck and upper back was significantly associated
with deaths due to atherosclerosis.
For deaths due to atherosclerosis, participants with poor posture in
the neck and upper back had a significant 2.4 times greater death rate.
Even mild misalignment and poor posture had a definite greater rate
of earlier death.
Poor posture and misalignment of the neck and upper back reflects an
increased rate of aging.

My Comments:

Not much to say except for the obvious: your spine plays a BIG role
in your overall health. People who think the spine is a body part
that can be neglected are making a huge mistake.
People who take care of their teeth on a regular basis, yet never
take care of their spine, are missing a big piece of the health and
wellness puzzle.
If it’s scientifically proven that an unhealthy spine can contribute
to pain, organ disease, and early death, don’t you think it’s a good
idea to keep your spine healthy?
Take action – get healthy – stay healthy
